What we can move

Google mbox (Takeout)

You export mail with Google Takeout as an .mbox (often zipped). We import folders and messages into the destination mailbox — cPanel, Fastmail, Microsoft 365, or another IMAP host that accepts the archive.

IMAP to IMAP

Copy an existing mailbox from one provider to another over IMAP: folders, read/unread state where the servers allow it, and a cutover plan so you keep sending mail on the old address until DNS is ready.

One mailbox or a small team

Suited to personal Google accounts, Google Workspace users leaving Google, and small business domains changing host. Large enterprise tenancies need a scoped project — say so on the form.

How the job runs

Apply — send the form from your own email app. Include from/to providers and a rough mailbox size.
Quote — we reply with scope, timing, and a price for the move.
Deposit and invoice — pay the agreed deposit; we issue an invoice for the balance.
Migrate — we copy or import the mail, then you check folders on the new provider.
Cutover — if the domain is changing MX records, we time DNS with you so new mail lands in the new mailbox.

Price depends on mailbox count, archive size, folder complexity, and whether DNS/MX has to change on the same day. We will not start the copy until the deposit is paid.

What you will need

Admin or mailbox access on the source (Google Takeout download, or IMAP login we collect later)
A working mailbox on the destination, or a new host we set up under email hosting
Domain DNS access if you are changing MX, SPF, or DKIM
A maintenance window if staff must keep sending during the move

Takeout exports can take hours on Google’s side. IMAP copies run at the speed of both servers. We will set expectations in the quote, not on this page.
