MAD Software
Diabetes Record
Diabetes Record helps you record and review information. It does not replace advice from your healthcare professional.
A mobile-first diary for blood glucose readings, notes, trends, and print reports. Entries stay on this device in the browser. There is no account, no cloud health store, and no medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
What it is — and what it is not
A private diary
Log glucose, optional carbs, insulin, and notes. Review history, trends, and a factual print report you can take to an appointment.
On your device
Records live in the browser on this device. You choose when to download a JSON backup or use a 30-minute transfer code to another device of yours.
Not medical advice
No diagnosis, no treatment recommendations, no insulin dosing, and no alerts that tell you what to do. Target ranges are yours to set.
Not a cloud clinic
No patient account, no CRM, and no permanent server-side health storage. Transfer codes expire and are not a backup.
How you use it
Today
See the latest reading, a day summary, and a short list of today’s entries.
Add
Enter glucose in mmol/L (or switch units in settings), with meal context, optional carbs, insulin, and a note.
History
Filter by date, edit or delete an entry, and keep a chronological record.
Trends
Look at counts, averages, and in-range time over 7, 14, 30, or 90 days — facts from your own numbers, not advice.
Reports
Print or save a PDF-style summary of readings and totals. No interpretation language.
Settings & backup
Set your own targets, export or import JSON, clear the diary, or move data with a short-lived code.
Where your data is stored
Health notes belong with you. Diabetes Record uses a dedicated browser key, separate from Checklist Builder and other MAD tools. Clearing this site’s data in the browser removes the diary unless you already downloaded a backup.
- Australian mmol/L default; mg/dL available in settings
- You set target ranges — nothing is prescribed by the app
- Works offline after the first load (installable on a phone home screen)
- Single-user diary: one person, one browser profile
Part of MAD
MAD (Modular Application Dashboard) is CJ Tech’s workspace for practical tools you turn on when you need them. Diabetes Record is one module. Demos run on https://mad.cjtech.com.au.
This marketing page describes the live module. It is not a substitute for clinical care.
